Abstract

Insanity is a complex and multifaceted issue that has been the subject of debate in law for many years. Insanity is a legal term that refers to a person’s inability to distinguish right from wrong, or to understand the consequences of their actions. Insanity can be caused by a variety of factors, including mental illness, substance abuse, or brain injury. This paper examines the concept of insanity in law and its implications. The paper begins with an introduction, followed by a literature review on the topic. The research methodology is discussed, and the research question is presented. The paper then provides observations on insanity in law and suggests potential improvements. Finally, the paper concludes by summarizing the key findings and implications of the study.
