ABSTRACT

In our day to day life, people do works according to their profession; prostitution is not an oldest profession but an old profession. Many women’s undergoing prostitution due various poverty, family situation, family rapes, child marriage and unhappy married life, but 85% of the prostitute cited for money reasons, prostitute life is not easy as normal ley man’s life. This paper analysis evolution of prostitution in world, In some countries it is legalised with limitations and in some countries its restricted, why legalization of prostitution is very important and even though it is legalised in some countries they are undergoing abuses, threat, murder and pimping. The main aim of the paper to analysis the problems faced by the prostitutes and the support of the law for the prostitutes all over the world.Keywords: prostitute’s, brothel, slavery, whore, sex workers, legalised.
